He also began utilizing his valuable employees, sending his commercial sales person and staff immediately to training at the corporate office to prepare them for rapid success in his business. These steps continue to pay off for Kaplan, as his stores almost always have what customers are looking for in stock, his significant book of business accounts provides a steady stream of residual income and his staff experiences very minimal turnover due to their success and happiness.
